Cancellation Policy - Smokin Gun Hunting Ranch

 

What happens if I need to cancel?
We require a minimum of 60 days’ notice if you need to cancel your hunt. With proper notice, your hunt can be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 60 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and hunt.

 

What happens if I don’t get my trophy?
At Smokin Gun Hunting Ranch, we are committed to providing every hunter with a reasonable opportunity to harvest a trophy. In the unlikely event that we are unsuccessful in doing so, your hunt will be rescheduled for a later date at no additional charge. However, if a trophy is not taken due to circumstances outside of our control, such as a hunter’s decision or external factors, your deposit will not be refunded.
